Automatic Roll Winder Machine

RBL built both the mechanical and electrical components of this machine.

This machine can wind foam roll with different diameters for different lengths.

This machine can be modified to wind roll many different products. This design includes a measuring encoder so preset lengths can be wound onto drum. This particular winder rolls product to be put into plastic bags. We can design to have product loaded onto reels, etc.
